Table Turners^® were tested in a large Quick Service Restaurant chicken restaurant chain in Fall 2008, with positive feedback from customers, operators and employees. They were made available to approximately 200 restaurants in October 2009, and by the end of the year about 70% of restaurants had ordered at least one case of Table Turners. Responses from operators were positive, but they wanted a better way to deliver/use these wipes rather than just carrying around a pack.

In January 2010, we developed and tested two different methods to store and deliver the wipes in 20 restaurants. The test feedback indicated:

• Operators and employees responded very positively about the custom-developed delivery systems, and see them as an enhancement to the customers' dining experience.
• All of the operators indicated they were likely or very likely to order the custom wipe delivery systems once they became available.
• Additionally, 92% of customers felt that the restaurant values them as a customer by using these disposable wipes.

Following a 45-day trial conducted in Dunkin' Donuts, Baskin Robbins and Tango's franchise shops throughout New England, store managers overwhelmingly endorsed Sani-Wipe^®.
